Are your products handmade?
Absolutely. Every product is handcrafted by me in small batches using carefully selected ingredients, then bottled, labelled and packed with care.
Are your products safety assessed?
Yes. Every product has successfully passed an independent laboratory Safety Assessment, so you can shop with confidence.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone's skin is different, so I always recommend carrying out a patch test before using any new skincare product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. My products are made using vegan-friendly ingredients and are never tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
Every product is handmade in the UK in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once on their way, you'll receive an email confirmation.
How much is postage?
UK postage and packaging is a flat £3.50 per order, no matter how many products you buy.

What packaging do you use?
I believe luxury skincare shouldn't cost the planet. My products are packaged in reusable amber glass with minimal plastic wherever possible, carefully wrapped using recyclable paper bubble wrap, and gift sets arrive in a beautifully woven woodchip bag that’s perfect for repurposing.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. My gift sets make the perfect present, and I’ll happily send them directly to the lucky recipient.
How should I store my products?
Keep your skincare somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Your bathroom shelf is fine—just avoid leaving products in excessive heat.
How long do your products last?
Each product has a recommended Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the label. For the freshest experience, use within the stated time after opening.
Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and safety reasons, I can’t accept returns on opened skincare products. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem, please get in touch and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
